Who's who

The pastor of the Darwin Community Church is Peter Ezzy. He has been serving in this capacity for nearly 27 years. He does expository preaching, covering both the Old Testament and New Testament books of the Bible. He provides pre marriage counselling as well as post marriage counselling and general counselling to those who have need.

Elder Mervyn Pattemore has been a missionary to the Aboriginal people of the Northern Territory for over 50 years and now serves as an elder of the church.

Elder Ralph Day has served as Assistant pastor and interim pastor of the church before Pastor Ezzy came, and has been heavily involved in all sorts of ministry on behalf of the church. Ralph is involved in the prison ministry and enjoys the opportunity to share with prisoners.

Deacon Matthew Possingham is the church treasurer and has been in this position for over 10 years and faithfully makes sure that all accounts are paid on time. Matthew also shares in preaching from time to time.

Deacon Alfie May has a love for the Lord and is actively involved in the ministries of the Church. He enjoys the Church's prison ministry outreach and passionately shares his faith to the prisoners.
